What this site collects
Nothing directly. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no login, and no analytics or advertising software on this page.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These are used to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Third parties used on this page
- Google Fonts — typefaces load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Calendly — the booking button opens Calendly. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking form, and shares it with us so we can meet. This is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
The video on this page is hosted by us directly. It does not track you, and no video platform is involved.

The Leak Report is a separate tool hosted at its own address. When you click through to it, you leave this site, and that tool's own privacy terms apply. Please read them there.
What we do with what you give us
If you book a call or email us, we use your details to reply, hold the meeting, and follow up about working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
How long we keep it
Booking and email records are kept while there is an active or prospective working relationship, and afterward only as long as needed for our records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email west.ferdinand@gmail.com and we will respond.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this site starts using analytics, advertising, or a contact form, this page will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
